The Module for peak load optimization is based on the module for extended heat consumption forecast.
The peak load optimizing module calculates a number of independent zones, so that the total need for peak load is divided into these zones. At the subdivision is allowed for differences in the need for peak load in different areas, for instance industry areas versus residential areas.
The module calculates based on the above subdivisions unassistedly the need for energy in peak load situation, so that flow and temperature is used for a better utilization of the main heat production sources.
Furthermore the module for peak load optimization enables calculation and handling of stored energy in the form of temperature bubbles by de- or increasing the amount of energy that normally covers the heat consumption in a zone. This is taken in consideration in the calculations of peak load, so that the network is used optimally regarding storing of energy for use in peak load situations.
